Headed by the Administrator in coordination with the Directors, the department provides the necessary support and help to all the other departments in the hospitals.
The department occupies pride of place in the functioning and running of the hospital services at Gurjar Multi Speciality Hospital. The department regularly organizes training programs for all categories of Hospital Staff on various aspects of hospital administration and managerial development. In addition, the department runs a 24-hour front office after office hours.

Accounts:
The finance department is run by a Competent and experienced team who has given the last 10 years to the Gurjar Multi Speciality Hospital. The department has various units as well as members to handle day-to-day financial operations.
Accounts Receivable - Preparation of cash book and other duties associated with cash
Operations Analyst - Ledger control unit
Cash Transaction unit - Ledgers and preparation of final Accounts
Salary and Wages unit - Dealing with Mediclaim and cashless patients
Maintenance Department:
Maintenance Department staff works hard to make sure the hospital and its facilities are in top shape "We do the stuff people don't see, like heat and ventilation, making sure the air is clean, keeping temperatures and humidity regulated. We keep all the utility systems working, electrical, plumbing, etc."
